Terms of Service

These terms apply to every transporter, fleet owner, broker and office user who signs up for or uses the transport management service. By creating an account you agree to them.

01 The service

The service lets you make lorry receipts, keep trip sheets, record diesel and advances, collect POD, raise freight invoices, keep party ledgers and see AI return load suggestions. Features available depend on your plan.

02 Your account

  • Give correct details at signup and keep your login private.
  • You are responsible for what your office users, agents and drivers enter under your account.
  • Tell us quickly if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

03 Free trial

New accounts can use the service on up to 10 trucks for 60 days without charge. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan. If you do not, the account becomes read-only and you can still export your data.

04 Plans and billing

  • Plans are priced per truck per month. A truck that runs at least one trip in a billing month is counted.
  • Monthly plans are billed in advance each month. Yearly plans are billed in advance for 12 months.
  • Taxes such as GST are added as applicable.
  • If payment fails, we will remind you by email. Accounts unpaid for 15 days after the due date may become read-only until paid.

05 Legal documents and compliance

E-way bills, permits, fitness, insurance, driver licences and GST filings remain your responsibility. The service records these details and sends reminders, but it does not file or generate them with any government portal on your behalf, and it is not liable for penalties arising from them.

06 AI suggestions

Return load suggestions are based on your own data and are offered as help. They are not offers of business. You decide whether to call a party, what rate to quote and whether to book a load.

07 Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service to send spam or messages to people who have not dealt with your business.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or data you have no right to use.
  • Do not try to break, overload or reverse engineer the service.

08 Your data

You own the records you enter. We use them only to run the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while the account is active and for 90 days after it closes.

09 Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance. Mobile network gaps on highways, WhatsApp outages and GPS provider issues are outside our control.

10 Limitation of liability

The service is provided to help run your transport office. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost freight, lost loads or indirect losses.

11 Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms after giving notice, except where immediate action is needed to protect other users or the service.

12 Changes and governing law

We will notify account holders by email before material changes to these terms take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Kerala have jurisdiction.
